GLG Museum Collaboration with Valencian Museum of Ethnology (VME)

The Grosscup Museum of Anthropology is collaborating with the Valencian Museum of Ethnology (VME) in Spain to produce an exhibition on deconstructing Native American stereotypes scheduled to open at the VME in 2018.

The exhibition, entitled "Native Americans: Myths and Realities," is being developed by Dr. Tamara Bray, visiting professor Dr. Joan Segui of the VME, and students in the museum studies class, in collaboration with the Cranbrook Museum and the Zibiiwing Center in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.

The exact opening day for the exhibit will be announced next year.
