The Gordon L. Grosscup Museum of Anthropology is pleased to exhibit an array of West African textile arts, from hand-woven Kente cloth to hand-stitched applique and mass-produced commemorative cloth. These items have been collected and currated by alum and Adjunct Professor, Karen Davis, over the course of her career and several trips to West Africa. The museum gallery is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the remainder of the fall 2022 semester. Museum hours are decided on based on the availability of our student volunteers.
