Research Interests
My research focuses on three primary areas. The first is the inter-relations between organizational leadership and organizational culture, particularly in a cross-cultural context. The second is organizational climate, particularly climates regarding ethics. The third is computer-mediated communication in organizations, and the social dynamics and outcomes of using computers as a means of communication in work settings.
