Marjorie Sarbaugh-Thompson teaches courses in public policy and public administration. She is the primary author of The Political and Institutional Effects of Term Limit (Palgrave, 2004). This massive research project has also produced articles in publications such as State Politics and Policy Quarterly, Legislative Quarterly, a chapter in Morality Politics in American Cities (Sharpe), and numerous conference papers. She has spoken to government and civic groups on the subject as well.
