Calling all Student Leaders!
SEED Wayne provides small grants to students to develop and implement small-group projects to help realize SEED Wayne’s goals on campus and in the community.
Some fantasy projects that SEED Wayne people have thought of , to date (we call them "fantasy projects" because we'd like to see them happen, but will have to work like crazy to actually achieve them):
- A mural on the Warrior Grille wall?--with themes of WSU, Detroit, gardens, food, and young people
- A park on parking: Garden beds on top of parking structure 1 (Cass and Palmer)--how to get water to the beds?
- Fruit trees on campus?
- Proposals for internationally-themed herb-and-vegetable gardens on campus adopted by international student groups--where? who?
