Submitting Materials Online
Though we recommend that students try to make an appointment to meet tutors in person, HOOT provides students the opportunity to converse with Writing Center staff online. If you are interested in submitting materials for review, read through the following directions.
Submission Guide:
Send an email to engwc2310@wayne.edu with your paper attached in one of the following formats from your Wayne State email address - .doc, .docx, .rtf, .html
In the body of the e-mail you MUST send us the following information or else the paper will not be looked over by a tutor:
Your full name
Wayne State Access ID Number
Your Phone Number
Your Major
Please indicate whether English is your first language or not
The Course the assignment is for
The instructor the assignment is for
A one paragraph summary of where you are in the writing process and what you would like us to focus on when we read your essay.
