Center for Peace & Conflict Studies

The priority of the undergraduate program is flexibility and variety.   We designed the program this way to meet the varied academic interests and professional goals of our students.
Our curriculum offers courses in areas not limited to Peace & Conflict Theory. By allowing students to pursue their interests in other departments’ students have studied such topics as: Race, Gender and Religion, Human Rights, International Issues in Peace & Conflict Studies, Peace & Conflict Studies in the
United States, Peace Studies in Human Development, Dispute Resolution.
Qualified students may elect to participate in Wayne State University’s honors program.  For more
