Below is the 2009 CPD Application, however, it will be revised prior to the 2010 Application Deadline (April 1, 2010).

 In addition, the American Dietetic Association recently changed the education standards for all dietetic programs, and this will affect 2009 applicants in the following ways if they are admitted into the CPD:

 1) Applicants with a degree in dietetics who are applying for the one-year program will need to complete an extra semester in addition to the current two semesters in order to add 300 hours of supervised practice.

 2) Applicants who do not have a degree or have a non-dietetics degree and are applying for the two-year program will have a revised curriculum that adds 300 supervised practice hours in a new three credit hour course in winter 2010.
