Description The World Affairs Council of Detroit will begin the Great Decisions discussion groups on October 21. The first topic of discussion is Pakistan/Afghanistan. The war in Afghanistan continues to intensify, while Al Qada maintains a presence along the Afghan/Pakistan's domestic turmoil becomes more precarious when adding the nuclear factor. How will the United States manage an asymmetric war and an unpredictable ally?
