Center for Peace & Conflict Studies director, Dr. Frederic Pearson, is awaiting the March 1st, 2009 release date of his new book, "Civil Wars: Internal Struggles, Global Consequences" with co-author Marie Olson Lounsbery. The book disects the character of civil war conflict by looking at their causes and consequences. Pearson and Lounsbery present an examination of both political and humanitarian issues surrounding civil conflict through their latest research.
