The Wayne State Student Urban Planners (WSSUP) is an organization of student planners that includes undergraduate and graduate students from a variety of academic backgrounds, including Urban Planning, Urban Studies, Geography, and Public Relations. These students are committed to improving urban communities and understanding the urban environment. WSSUP members support this core mission through educational opportunities, professional enrichment, social events, and student outreach.
Through the years we have hosted guest speakers, sponsored student representatives at national planning conferences, organized volunteer opportunities, and brought Wayne State students and professors together through myriad social activities.
